Rental Rate
$3,000 to $5,000 per week
(plus applicable occupancy tax)
Subject to length of stay and seasonal demand
Payment Terms
If greater than 60 days prior to the beginning of rental period, 50% of rent is due with lease signing and the balance of the rent, plus $1,000 damage deposit, plus $350 cleaning fee is due no later than 60 days prior to rental start date. If 60 days or less prior to the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the rent, plus damage deposit and cleaning fee is due with lease.
Cancellation and Rental Refund Policy
100% refund if canceled 60 days or more prior to rental start date
50% refund if canceled 31-59 days prior to rental start date*
0% refund if canceled 0-30 days prior to rental start date*
*Rising Tide Investments, LLC will market the property to other prospective tenants in the event of a cancellation. If re-rented, 100% refund minus difference in rental rate, if any, minus $500 re-rental fee.

Check In and Check Out
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check out subject to cleaning schedule and property availability.
Miscellaneous Information
Our property comfortably sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. If you are seeking accommodations for a larger group, please let us know. We have access to other nearby properties.
